Euclid St. Paul’s is an eclectic neighborhood that is comprised of 240 acres in total. The neighborhood is situated perfectly in St. Pete with boundaries starting at 9th Ave N (east/west) all the way up to 22nd Ave N (east/west) and flanked by Dr. MLK Jr. St N (9th St N) and 16th St N. Euclid St. Paul’s began to be developed in 1912. Prior to development, it was an orange grove in St. Petersburg.
The neighborhood is situated conveniently close to the highway, downtown, The EDGE District, Grand Central District, and plenty of shopping/bars/restaurants. There are numerous city parks within walking/biking distance as well.
The neighborhood also has an active voluntary neighborhood association. There are various activities throughout the year with the neighborhood Haunted Hike being the biggest. There are porch parties, neighborhood clean-ups, community bike bar crawl, family movie night on the lawn, St. Paul’s festival, and neighborhood potluck.
