Crescent Lake
C. Perry Snell was the owner of Crescent Lake and some land around it. C. Perry Snell is the man behind the development of Snell Isle and a prominent figure in early St. Pete history. He sold the lake and some surrounding property to the city of St. Pete in 1919 for $30,000 so it could be turned into a public park. Today, Crescent Lake Park is bustling with so much activity including wildly sought after Pickleball courts, tennis courts, a dog park, over a mile walking trail, a playground, plenty of wildlife, baseball/softball fields, and so much green space. The neighborhood surrounding the park is full of beautiful homes that have so much charm. You are conveniently located close to the 4th St N corridor with some amazing places to frequent. The historic Sunken Gardens is just a few steps away from the Crescent Lake neighborhood.
